Following the Governments guidance, with effect from Thursday 5th November all of our offices will be closed to clients for all face to face meetings.
We will operate with some members of staff working from our offices in Southend and Billericay. Other members of staff will be working remotely and as before, will have access to their emails and telephone and you can be assured that our high level of service will continue as it always has.
For those clients who need to drop off or collect records and it is essential that you call ahead to advise us that you are coming to the office for this purpose, please DO NOT just turn up. This will ensure that safety of our staff at this time. Records can be dropped off and collected between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.30 pm and, where possible, please put all records into a plastic bag with your name or the company’s name clearly marked on the outside.
All visitors to any of our premises are required to wear a face covering (exemptions excluded). For those visitors to the Southend office, you will be met in the foyer where you will be able to pass over your records to the member of staff. For those visitors to the Billericay office, you will be met by the door and items collected from you there.
As mentioned for the foreseeable future all face to face meetings are unable to happen, but we do have various options for video calls such as zoom, teams, facetime available to us to enable a more face to face meeting and of course we are available by phone and email.
