We are beginning a phased reopening of our offices in Southend and Billericay, continuing to follow the Government’s guidance, with some members of staff continuing to work remotely.
The offices in Southend and Billericay will be open each day from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, which will enable clients to drop off and collect records or their accounts. We would ask clients to call ahead of time to let us know they will be coming to the office, so that we can ensure the safety of our staff and clients and also to ensure we can maintain Government social distancing and track and trace guidance.
All visitors are required to wear facemasks when in the building (exemptions excluded). When you arrive at the office there will be hand sanitizer available for you to use and we would ask to you keep the required distance when entering our offices or wait for a member of staff to let you in. There will be also be a sheet for you to sign when you enter the office, in case we need to contact you for track and trace purposes. We would also ask that where possible only one person comes into the office.
Unfortunately, for the time being, face to face meetings will be unable to happen but we do have various options for video calls such as zoom, teams, facetime available to us to enable a more face to face meeting and of course we are available by phone and email.
We want to thank you for your understanding and support over the past few months while we all navigated through these historic times.
If you have any queries or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for your continued support.
