Following the Governments regulations our offices will remain closed to clients for all face to face meetings.
We will, as we have done throughout this pandemic, continue to operate with a limited number of staff working from our offices in Southend and Billericay. Other members of staff will be working remotely and, as before, will have access to their emails and telephone so that you can be assured that our high level of service will continue as it always has.
For those clients who need to drop off or collect records, it is absolutely essential that you call ahead to advise us that you are coming to the office - please DO NOT just turn up. This will ensure the safety of our staff at this time. Records can be dropped off and collected between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.30 pm and, where possible, please put all records into a plastic bag with your name or the company’s name clearly marked on the outside.
All visitors to any of our premises are required to wear a face covering (exemptions excluded). For those visitors to the Southend office, you will be met in the foyer where you will be able to pass over your records to the member of staff. For those visitors to the Billericay office, you will be met by the door and items collected from you there.
As mentioned for the foreseeable future all face to face meetings are unable to happen, but we do have various options for video calls such as zoom, teams, facetime available to us to enable a more face to face meeting and of course we are available by phone and email.
If you have any queries or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
May we take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support of Devonports during these unprecedented times.
